Qiela Support
For help with Qiela, email hello@qiela.app. Include enough detail for us to understand the issue, but never send a password, one-time code, or session token.
Account and sign-in help
Include your Qiela handle and a short description of what happened. If you cannot access the app and want to delete your account, follow the steps on our data and account deletion page.
Safety and reporting
Use Qiela’s in-app report and block controls when possible. You can also email us with the relevant salon, account, or message details. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Read Qiela’s published Child Safety Standards for our rules against child sexual abuse and exploitation and our designated child-safety contact.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy or email us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify that you own the affected account before acting on it.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel an active Qiela Plus subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that bills you. Deleting your Qiela account does not cancel a store subscription.
